How to Request Services

Anyone can request the services of KEYSLP for a child, provided that they have the consent of the parent or guardian to share the parent/guardian name and contact information so that the SLP can reach out to connect.

Health Care Professionals

You provide health services directly to a child or to members of their family. You think that a child would benefit from a speech-language assessment, consultation or intervention. While you can empower parents to find an SLP themselves, sometimes one small action is all it takes to show your support for your patient. If you work in any of the health or allied health professions, please share their information using the Care Professionals Form.

Parents and Guardians

You are noticing that your little one is having difficulty in day to day activities. Maybe they can't connect with others, express what they need, share their ideas, or understand what others are talking about. You might have questions and wonder why your child struggles to push words out, won't talk to anyone but you, has difficulty feeding, has behavioural outbursts, or doesn't have the attention to listen. Get started with no commitment using the Parent Form to connect.

Child Care and Educators

You are trusted by parents to care for their children. They trust you to let them know if their child is experiencing difficulty, especially if they can do something about it. You have a unique opportunity to see children engaging with their peers and using communication to learn. If you are involved with a child to help them learn and grow, you can assist the parent or guardian by sharing their information so I can follow up. Use the Care Professionals Form.
